About The Position

The Delivery Driver distributes cannabis flower and marijuana-manufactured products promptly to our customers across the state of Missouri. This role's time is roughly spent by the following time allocation: 70% state-wide deliveries, 10% local deliveries, and 20% onsite work.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail is paramount to the role.
  • A valid Class E commercial driver’s license
  • Demonstrated capability to work in an indirect role with limited supervision.
  • Some previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Comfortable driving on the road for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time (4+ hours).
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to drive long distances.
  • Ability and willingness to drive in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high-quality cannabis products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.
  • Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
  • Contact customers to confirm delivery details.
  • Determines placement of merchandise, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.
  • Maintains delivery logs and records, with a basic understanding of METRC (state Seed-to-Sale tracking program) as it relates to order manifests and order acceptance by customers.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling.
  • Assists with the maintenance of company vehicles, scheduling service and routing/driving vehicles to service appointments.
  • Assists with in-house order fulfillment tasks, such as: stickering labeling, route planning, and order packing.
  • Delivers orders to customers, loading and unloading packages at destinations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.
