About The Position
Waste Connections is seeking a safety-minded Cart Delivery Driver to join our team. No CDL Required (CDL Preferred) Pay: $20.50 per hour About the Role We provide reliable solid waste and recycling services to the communities we serve. As a Cart Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering, exchanging, and retrieving residential trash and recycling carts throughout assigned neighborhoods. This role plays a key part in ensuring new and existing customers receive the proper waste containers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable driving record and clean MVR
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Strong attention to safety and customer service

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle on residential streets and in subdivisions
- Deliver, exchange, and retrieve residential trash and recycling carts per route instructions
- Read and follow daily route sheets and delivery schedules
- Load, unload, and maneuver carts, including rolling, lifting, and positioning containers at customer locations
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Interact courteously and professionally with customers and community members
- Maintain awareness of surroundings, including pedestrians, parked vehicles, and traffic conditions
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
