Requirements

Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record is required.
Must meet DOT qualifications, including passing a pre-employment drug screening.
Experience handling and maneuvering heavyweight motorcycles (600+ lbs) preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate digital documents and GPS routes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to be certified to operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
Flexible and adaptable, ready to handle shifting priorities and daily changes.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
Must be able to lift and transport items weighing up to 75 lbs regularly.
Frequent riding, loading, and securing of motorcycles.
Exposure to loud environments, weather changes, dust, exhaust fumes, and various cleaning chemicals.
Requires bending, stooping, lifting, and frequent physical activity.
Routinely works around moving mechanical parts and shop equipment.
Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Safely transport motorcycles, parts, and equipment to and from the dealership, customers, vendors, and other dealerships across the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas.
Coordinate daily routes and delivery assignments with the Service Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager and others.
Accurately complete all delivery-related paperwork and submit documents in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle; conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
Assist with dealership errands and special transport needs as requested.
Ensure professional presentation of all equipment and uphold the premium image of the Harley-Davidson brand.
Provide courteous, top-tier service to all customers during pick-ups and deliveries.
Deliver above-average motorcycle detailing, washing, and polishing to dealership standards.
Safely move, stage, and position motorcycles to support shop efficiency.
Maintain organization of staging areas, shop floor, and parts take-off shelving.
Ensure shop equipment and chemical stations meet Southern Nevada Health District and LVHD standards.
