About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in State College, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Safely operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to deliver products to customers in State College and surrounding areas Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling and organization of items Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon completion Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during routes Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from recipients Assist with basic cash handling and credit card transactions when required Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiency Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, representing the company professionally Assist in store during down time as needed

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries
Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years of driving experience
Excellent knowledge of State College and surrounding areas, including local roads and traffic patterns
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to operate basic technology, including GPS devices and mobile applications
Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing delivery logs
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekend

Responsibilities
