About The Position

SUMMARY Responsible for delivering food to customers. Receives cash payments and verifies credit card information for orders received telephonically. Needs to project a favorable image of the restaurant. Incumbent is responsible for providing his/her own vehicle with insurance for deliveries. Salary: $12.80 + Tips

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
  • Possesses navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
  • Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
  • Must be able to process the correct change for cash orders
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed

Responsibilities

  • Provide Best in Class Customer Service
  • Greet customers on all deliveries with a positive attitude
  • Deliver products to the specific location requested by the customer
  • Ensure all orders are accurate, verify customer information and complete customer callbacks before leaving the store
  • Respond promptly to any customer concerns or inquiries and correct any service issues
  • Maintain Image and Cleanliness of the Store
  • Maintain image by wearing a clean uniform, and keeping the store clean and organized
  • Maintain personal hygiene and company image standards (i.e. washing hands often, wearing hat to protect food, keep personal grooming standards, etc.)
  • Clean and sanitize the store and maintain all cleanliness responsibilities (hot bags, counters, phones, monitors, keyboards, credit card readers, door handles, lobby, dishes etc.)
  • Operate Store Technology
  • Operate the store POS system
  • Use the driver app with every delivery
  • Use Zenput to check-in, check-out, etc.
  • Use the scheduling app to provide availability, arrange personal schedule and review available shifts
  • Maintain Food and Team Member Safety
  • Keep food safe on deliveries by maintaining food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and hot bags and park in a safe location while on deliveries
  • Prepare for deliveries by prepping ahead of the delivery (gas, GPS app, bank, pen, etc.)
  • Always Drive (or ride) safely and defensively
  • Assess, maintain, clean and sanitize eBikes before and after each shift
  • Handle cash safely and securely and drop all cash and receipts with customer information after each delivery
  • Store Operations
  • Assist customers with carryout and deliver carside orders to customers when needed
  • Take occasional phone orders
  • Restock the reach-in cooler and other items
  • Placie boxtoppers on all Domino’s products and deliver flyers or door hangers to market the store
