About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to customers' locations Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency Load and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all items Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any problems Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Minimum age of 18 with at least two years of driving experience
• Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in using GPS technology and mobile delivery apps
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing delivery logs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery or customer service experience (preferred)
