Post & Parcel is a provider of Last Mile Delivery services to our valued logistics partners. We deliver to both residential and commercial locations in the Northwest Minneapolis suburbs. Position Highlights Shift: 11:20 AM - 9:30 pm daily Pay: $24.75/ hour Location: 10750 89th AVE N, Maple Grove MN 55369

Requirements

Must be at least 21+ years old
Must have a valid driver's license
Must work at least 1 weekend each week
Must be willing and able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
Must be able to lift boxes and packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Must consent to a background check and drug screen
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers

Responsibilities

Must follow all MN State Driving Laws
Arrive timely and prepared for workday
Operate a cargo van less than 10,001 GVWR
Deliver 180 - 220 stops per day
Walk 15,000+ steps daily
Lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, stair-climb
MUST be comfortable driving in all kinds of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)
Deliver all assigned packages to customers and businesses in a timely and safe manner
Follow Post & Parcel safety standards and compliance requirements both on the road and at the delivery station
Provide professional and positive interactions with customers and the public
Use company-provided handheld technology to manage the delivery process
Ability to problem solve on-the-go
