About The Position

Position Overview: Responsible for answering phones using the proper greeting, taking food and beverage orders, up selling and getting tickets to the kitchen Ensures accurate accounting of all transactions, including collections of and disbursements of cash and credit cards Collects cash, gift card and credit card payments from guests and makes change for cash transactions and prepares voucher for credit card purchases accurately Ensures all delivery orders are accurate and that customers have everything they need before leaving Enjoys working in a fast paced environment Flexible hours, great pay Company provides the car and the gas!!! Driver Tasks: Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and delivery vehicle using “clean as you go” practices Effectively serves the needs of each customer and ensures their needs are met and exceeded Provides UME! that meets and exceeds customer expectations Executes the delivery car checklist Understands and executes our delivery car policy Adheres to the rules of conduct provided in ThreeWitt Enterprises, Inc. employee handbook Adheres to the Cash Handling Policy Follows all opening and closing checklists when working as a delivery driver Follows all health codes, policies and practices mandated by the Department of Health in Ohio Serves as an active team member by supporting management and their fellow employees

Responsibilities

Answering phones using the proper greeting

Ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions, including collections of and disbursements of cash and credit cards
