About The Position
Domino's is expanding and seeking dependable delivery drivers for stores in your vicinity. This role offers competitive pay, with potential earnings of $15 - $20+ per hour, including tips and mileage. Key responsibilities include delivering orders safely and providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately over the phone and in person, assisting with food preparation and make-line tasks during slower periods, restocking ingredients, organizing storage areas including the walk-in cooler, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the facility and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving history
- A reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy)
- Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Ability to navigate the delivery area efficiently (GPS proficiency)
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum)
- Ability to unload supplies up to 50 lbs and stack them on shelves up to 72" high
- Ability to move ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances
- Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force)
- Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making)
- Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces
- Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the telephone
- Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, top-tier customer service while delivering orders safely to homes and businesses
- Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime
- Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler
- Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready
