POSITION SUMMARY The Delivery Driver is responsible for checking all products for accuracy against quality standards and delivering products to the Joints in a safe, courteous, and timely fashion. The person in this role is expected to work as part of a team and support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties as needed.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation rules
Must be 18 years of age and have a Chauffer driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, and an acceptable motor vehicle record. Company will provide Chauffer’s license course and testing where needed

Responsibilities

Preparing the vehicle for delivery
Ensuring the vehicle is sanitized according to restaurant standards
Checking Commissary orders for quality and accuracy
Following proper delivery procedures and providing quality customer service
Acting with a sense of urgency so the Joints receive their food as quickly as possible
Remaining familiar with the delivery area, traffic patterns and alternate routes
Performing as an extension of the restaurant team by ensuring excellent customer service, professionalism and positivity
Performing other assigned duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking orders
Assisting kitchen staff with closing tasks, as needed
