Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting Brand standards and a reliable vehicle with insurance listing you as an authorized driver.
• Available to work most evenings and weekends. That is when our customers need us.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule with no (or very few) last minute changes or call offs.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Fluent in English (and preferably Spanish) so that you can communicate with our customers.
• Recent and verifiable employment within the most recent 12 month period.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; motivated and organized.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
• Will do the right thing when no one is watching.
• Can take direction from individuals in higher-level positions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to coach, train and motivate the store Team.
• Ability to lift product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs.
• Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person.
• Must be able to operate a computer, desktop, tablet, etc.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story building, private homes and other delivery sites while carry product.

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery, retail or QSR experience is preferred but not required. We can train you for the job skills.

Responsibilities

• During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
• A Team Member may make up to 20 deliveries per shift.
• Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Navigation of stairs may be required.
