About The Position

Prairie Pizza is a family-owned Domino's franchise based out of Charlotte, NC, operating on principles of Golden Rule, Teamwork, and Enthusiasm. They aim to be the #1 pizza brand in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets and offer significant opportunities for growth, including advancement to management or ownership. The company is looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join their team as Delivery Drivers. This role offers competitive split pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with drivers averaging $15.00 - $20.00 per hour total, potentially earning $30,000 - $40,000 annually. Drivers take home tips every night and receive $8.00/hour in-store and $5.00/hour on the road. The position involves delivering hot, fresh pizza, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with in-store tasks.

Requirements

  • A valid U.S. Driver's License for a minimum of one year (not including permit).
  • A clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 2 years).
  • Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
  • Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
  • The Hustle and Energy required for a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass a standard Background Check.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
  • Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional, friendly customer service with a positive attitude and a smile.
  • Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Assist the in-store team when not on the road.
