About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum one year of driving history)
- Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the local area
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to operate necessary equipment and technology (e.g., POS systems, smartphone apps)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within the designated area
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing our brand positively
- Process customer payments and handle cash accurately
- Assist in store operations, including food preparation and packaging when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Navigate efficiently using maps and GPS to optimize delivery routes
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist with inventory management and stocking as required
- Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environment
