This role offers competitive split pay, with drivers earning $8.00/hour while in the store and $5.00/hour while on the road, in addition to tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers can expect to average $15.00 - $20.00 per hour total, with an annual earning potential of $30,000 - $40,000. On average, drivers make $3.00 per delivery, completing approximately 3 deliveries per hour. Requirements

Ability to pass a standard Background Check.
A valid U.S. Driver's License for a minimum of one year (not including permit).
A clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 2 years).
Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities

Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional, friendly customer service with a positive attitude and a smile.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not on the road.
