Description: Join our organization as a Delivery Driver II and contribute to our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As part of our transportation team, you'll ensure the safe and timely delivery of critical materials to our valued customers. You'll operate company vehicles professionally while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. This role combines route planning, customer service excellence, and precise handling of sensitive materials. Working with advanced equipment and following rigorous safety protocols, you'll be essential to maintaining our supply chain integrity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of multi-drop delivery driving experience
  • Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • ADR certification (hazardous materials transport) preferred
  • Bloodborne Pathogens certification preferred
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
  • Expertise in vehicle safety inspections, maintenance reporting, and DOT regulations compliance
  • Knowledge of road networks and route optimization
  • Proficiency with GPS navigation and electronic logging systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle temperature-sensitive materials (-196°C to ambient)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early starts and occasional overnight stays
  • Experience with loading/unloading cargo and operating material handling equipment
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation
  • Strong attention to safety protocols and proper use of PPE
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining vehicle cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B/C with clean driving record
