Position Summary: Become the driving force behind exceptional patient experiences. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our valued patients. Beyond the wheel, your primary responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, efficiently loading and unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process. Essential Functions: The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering more than just our cannabis products – an experience, a smile, and reliability, is your gateway to making a tangible difference in our patients’ lives. Your key responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before departure, ensuring it meets safety standards for delivering goods. Pack and load products onto vehicles according to company specifications and requirements. Deliver timely and accurate goods to patients following set and established routes, ensuring effectiveness and promptness. Maintain consistent communication with the Dispatcher. Review deliveries with patients to ensure their ordered products meet their needs and obtain delivery confirmations from each patient. Collect cash payments from patients for each delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures. Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record within company guidelines. Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and stay updated with company protocols. Serve as a company brand ambassador to represent the brand appropriately. Follow and implement the company’s core values including respect, diversity, sustainability, research, and service. Requirements

Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must consent to a criminal background check. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check.
Minimum of two years’ experience as a Delivery Driver.
Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of valid auto insurance.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Reliability is a must.
Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Proficient in both oral and written communication.
Computer-savvy, with a knack for quickly mastering new technologies and systems.
