What You’ll Do: This position is responsible for delivering and picking up product in a timely and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for working in the yard/warehouse when not on deliveries.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent.
One to two years related experience delivering in the construction supply business preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
Read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to understand packing lists and delivery tickets.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Must have a valid state issued Driver’s License.
Must have valid MN State DOT Health Card.

Nice To Haves

One to two years related experience delivering in the construction supply business preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately deliver customer deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service when on job sites and within warehouses.
Follow all safety procedures to completely secure all loads being transported.
Wrap customer orders to ensure load security when necessary.
Verify loads are accurate before leaving the site.
Record and complete well documented paperwork of deliveries.
Keep vehicles in clean, good working condition.
Report any repairs or maintenance needed to management by filling out a daily Inspection Report.
Assist with yard / warehouse tasks as necessary.
Assist with keeping the yard / warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
Complete all other assigned tasks given by management.
