About The Position

McCormick Paints is seeking a Part-Time Delivery Driver (NON-CDL) in Tysons Corner, VA location. Primarily responsible for delivering merchandise. The Driver is also responsible for assisting customers, selling merchandise, obtaining merchandise for customers’ orders, organizing, stocking, mixing & matching paint colors, loading and unloading merchandise, and other duties as assigned. Schedule: Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Duties include, but are not limited to those listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school degree, or equivalent, required
• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, delivery driving, or related fields is preferred.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt between in-store and delivery responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency for processing sales transactions and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Greet and assist customers in the store, providing product information, recommendations, and technical support.
• Sales Transactions: Process orders accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Product Preparation: Assist in tinting and mixing paint to meet customer specifications.
• Merchandising: Maintain organized product displays and assist with inventory restocking.
• Safe Deliveries: Operate a company vehicle to deliver paint products to customers, ensuring all safety and DOT regulations are followed.
• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload products, verifying order accuracy both before and after deliveries.
• Route Management: Follow designated delivery routes, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during delivery interactions, supporting the overall customer experience.
