About The Position

The Delivery Driver at PRIDE Industries is responsible for replenishing products in customer facilities and vending machines according to a set schedule and customer requests. This role involves managing product inventory, loading and transporting products, and troubleshooting minor vending machine issues, all while ensuring effective communication with customers and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One year of clerical or customer service experience is desirable.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from customers.
• Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Computer literacy to use customer business software, the Internet, enter data/retrieve data.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills.
• Flexibility of schedule changes and work durations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a delivery or logistics role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product into assigned vehicle in a safe, efficient, and organized manner, while maintaining a clean company vehicle.
• Record and adjust inventory levels using customer software on a handheld electronic device.
• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport customer products to designated locations.
• Follow established routes and schedules by delivering products to customer sites in a safe, timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot minor vending machine technical issues using guides to diagnose and fix issues.
• Prepare and process outbound orders physically and systematically for delivery.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
