ABOUT TEAM ALLIED DISTRIBUTION Founded in 1976, Team Allied Distribution is the country’s leading independent warehouse distributor of automotive exhaust, with over 390,000 square feet of warehouse capacity throughout 26 facilities strategically located in the Western and Midwestern United States. It is a 100% employee-owned company with over 220 employee-owners. Team Allied prides itself on delivering premium-quality products, competitive pricing, fast-paced logistical services, and first-class customer service! BENEFITS PACKAGE Team Allied Distribution provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, along with a 401(k) plan and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As a 100% employee-owned company, we take pride in fostering a team of dedicated, innovative professionals motivated by ambitious goals. EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN (ESOP) The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, commonly known as an ESOP, is a retirement benefit for all employee-owners. Similar to a 401K, only better! The ESOP grants company stock to all eligible employee-owners and allocates the stock into a trust account as part of their future retirement fund. The ESOP is a fantastic benefit because the employee-owners contribute zero dollars of their own money to the plan. This role is full-time. JOB DESCRIPTION This is a multi-function role. As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to delivering aftermarket automotive parts and accessories over established routes or within an established territory, assisting in the warehouse stocking shelves, and performing essential clerical duties related to the warehouse. The driver must pull and stage from stock in the warehouse, load, and drive a non-commercial delivery van to deliver the products to our customers. In the Outside Sales function, the candidate will build and maintain relationships with general repair shops, muffler shops, installers, dealerships, and distributors to promote Team Allied’s products and fulfillment services throughout the designated territories. The job role also includes, but is not limited to, making cold calls, meeting with potential clients and business owners in person, and identifying opportunities to grow sales while providing exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role requires gathering market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating with the internal team to align customer needs with product offerings and services. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge related to the automotive aftermarket, preferably associated with emissions and exhaust componentry. Other key responsibilities include prospecting new customers, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets. The position requires a dynamic and results-driven candidate with a proven track record and a strong analytical background.
