Delivery Driver/Warehouse Technician

About The Position

Adhere to all State and Local laws surrounding commercial vehicle operation Work with other departments in support of deliveries Organize and schedule time to support on time deliveries Load, secure and unload cargo Operate safely on a shipping and receiving dock Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
CDL License preferred
3+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Must be comfortable operating 26’ Box Truck, backing into docks, operating pickup trucks with trailers, and forklifts
Must possess excellent driving record
Must have experience working in a shipping and receiving environment preferably in a manufacturing setting
Must have experience with Microsoft Suite and WMS/ERP Programs
Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
