The position involves using a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner. The employee will create and maintain records as needed, dispatch and confirm customer orders, and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents. Additionally, the role requires sorting, organizing, and preparing merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas by part and quantity. Ensuring that customer orders are located, picked up, and signed for is also a key responsibility. The employee may need to collect funds from customers and maintain all necessary documents. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
