We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and transport inventory between facilities. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with box truck driving duties, ensuring parts and materials are delivered safely and efficiently to remote warehouse locations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating a box truck (non-CDL).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials.
• Verify order accuracy against shipping documentation.
• Receive incoming parts and place them into designated bins or storage locations according to inventory procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions.
• Conduct regular warehouse organization checks to ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Perform warehouse vehicle inspections and assist with equipment upkeep.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
• Assist with periodic full physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and report inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory data within warehouse management systems.
