Requirements

• The ideal candidate for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate position will have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• The role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and handling hazardous materials safely.
• You must be able to lift 45+ pounds and follow directions using GPS, MapQuest, or other navigation tools.
• Additionally, you will interact with customers and coworkers professionally, exercising good judgment and initiative.
• Attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and regular computer use for order processing are essential.
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work is also important for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for product deliveries, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person, including will-call orders, and assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices.
• Handle customer interactions, including complaints or issues, referring unresolved matters to a Supervisor or Manager.
• Mix or tint paint as needed and provide product expertise, including MSDS and hazard identification, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist with warehouse tasks, including stocking, inventory rotation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization while promoting workplace safety.
• Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, and assist with inventory cycle counting.
