About The Position

Delivery Drivers are responsible for the expedient and safe delivery of company products and providing a positive customer service experience for our customers. Delivery Drivers are also responsible for the final window of quality control to comply with company standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities

  • Obey all local and state traffic laws
  • Drive delivery vehicle within safe operating manner and capacity
  • Read maps and follow written/verbal directions
  • Willing to stay overnight when servicing long distance job sites
  • Verify contents of delivery/pick-up
  • Safely load and unload delivery vehicle
  • Safely secure loads for transportation
  • Maintain records as required
  • Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle
  • Report any delays, accidents, or other significant obstructions to duties to appropriate personnel
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members in an effective and positive manner
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Operate hand-tools.
  • Visually inspect product for quality control and/or defects.
  • Take and follow verbal directions.
  • Stand for long period of time.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
  • Drive forklift.
  • Read tape measure.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedure.
