Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA & FSA 401(k) eligibility the first of the month following 90 days of employment with employer match & Profit Sharing after one full year of employment Accrue 2+ weeks of PTO in the first year of employment and paid holidays Employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Employee Discounts Educational Assistance Program Primary Responsibilities Ensure showroom is regularly stocked, inventory is rotated, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while promoting safety in the workplace Process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service, including will-call orders from stock, and assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices. Mix or tint paint as needed, and provide product expertise, including MSDS and hazard identification information to customers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory cycle counting, and perform shipping duties for product deliveries. Handle customer complaints or issues, referring unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager, and ensure proper safety protocols, including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensure continuous improvement, promote safety awareness, and collaborate with all branches and departments in a professional manner. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, and strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and handling hazardous materials safely. You will interact with customers and coworkers professionally, exercising good judgment and initiative. Attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and regular computer use for order processing are essential. A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work is also important for success in this role. Warehouse experience is preferred , and candidates must have a clean driving record .
