About The Position

As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate/Paint Tinter at AIS, you'll be the key to ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while delivering top-notch customer service to our valued customers. In addition to delivery and warehouse responsibilities, you'll play a hands-on role in our tinting operations, mixing and matching automotive paint to meet precise customer specifications. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A keen eye for color, attention to detail, and comfort working with tinting equipment will be essential.
  • The role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and handling hazardous materials safely.
  • You will interact with customers and coworkers professionally, exercising good judgment and initiative.
  • Attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and regular computer use for order processing are essential.
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work is also important for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure showroom is regularly stocked, inventory is rotated, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while promoting safety in the workplace.
  • Process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service, including will-call orders from stock, and assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices.
  • Mix and tint paint accurately by following supplier formulas, using scales to assemble precise measurements, and ensuring proper documentation and labeling of hazardous materials.
  • Lift and maneuver paint containers (up to 50 lbs) safely using appropriate tools, maintain clean and organized tinting and work areas, and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Operate a forklift to move stock, receive freight, perform shipping duties, and assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory management tasks across departments.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalate unresolved concerns to a Supervisor or Manager, and promote continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration while reinforcing a culture of safety.
