About The Position

Join Torero Logistics Corp (TLC) as a Delivery Driver! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn up to $30.00 hourly with bonuses, and no prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidates. The job is based in South San Francisco, and you do not need a Commercial Driver's License to apply. The base hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $26.50, depending on your experience and schedule. Shifts will typically last approximately 8-9 hours, starting at 9:15 AM and ending around 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You can also earn additional bonuses based on your performance, efficiency, and attendance, ranging from $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour. Additionally, there is a $1000 bonus paid out over your initial months of employment, contingent on having no call outs each month and working at least 5 shifts per week. We also offer a quarterly retention bonus that increases with your tenure, paid time off, health benefits, and a new van, gas, and insurance provided. Training is paid, and we operate 7 days a week, with full-time employees working 4 to 5 days a week. Please note that you are required to work at least one weekend day!

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license (Commercial Driver's License NOT required)
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in the last 3 years
• Pass a pre-employment drug test (4 Panel Drug Test, Marijuana ok)
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds
• Great attitude and energy
