About The Position

To receive, store, maintain, and deliver school and district stock, equipment, materials, furniture, and/or foodstuffs and supplies. Employees in this classification receive general supervision from the Purchasing/Warehouse/Publications (PWP) Supervisor and/or the Food Service Management Team and works within a framework of standard policies and procedures. This classification exercises responsibility for the effective receipt, storage, and delivery of school and district equipment, supplies, furniture and/or foodstuffs and items.

Requirements

  • Valid Class C California Driver's License.
  • DMV Printout (Current within 30 days).
  • Driver's License Copy (Class A or B).
  • DL-51 DMV medical form (Medical Examiners Certificate).
  • DL-45 California Special Driver Certificate.
  • T-01 (original copy) Training Certificate.
  • T-02 (copy) Instructional Documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Receive school and district stock, equipment, materials, furniture, and foodstuffs.
  • Store and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Deliver supplies and equipment to various locations as needed.
  • Work under the supervision of the Purchasing/Warehouse/Publications Supervisor.
  • Follow standard policies and procedures for inventory management.
