About The Position

This is a part-time hybrid role that includes both delivery driving and in shop shifts. Freaky Fast! Freaky Fresh! Jimmy John's is all about fresh, fast, tasty sandwiches. We hand-slice fresh meats and veggies daily, and we bake our homemade bread all day, every day, so it's always served fresh. We greet our customers genuinely when they come in the door, and then we make them one of the fast, flawless sandwiches that Jimmy John's is famous for! Everything we do goes back to serving our customers. That means fast service, high-quality products, and a consistent customer experience to keep 'em coming back. And none of it would be possible without the rockstar teams in the stores making it happen every day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries and learn the menu with 100% accuracy.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sandwiches to customers in a designated delivery area.
• Check all delivery orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Work as in-shop employees when not out on delivery.
• Help make sandwiches and keep the restaurant clean.
• Take orders over the phone and register.
• Assist in prepping product and maintain a clean environment.
