Max Impact Pizza operates in Northern Colorado, Cheyenne, and Laramie WY. We are a fast-growing company with room for advancement. Our ownership is highly involved in stores, and we live locally. The general job duties include delivering pizzas, which is pretty self-explanatory. There are additional duties when inside the store waiting for the next delivery, such as helping take orders both on the phone and walk-in, performing cleaning tasks, washing dishes, folding boxes, and assisting with stock and rotating products. The general physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands. It is essential to be able to drive in inclement weather, as we live in Colorado. Employees are paid hourly plus tips and mileage reimbursement, with most drivers averaging $18-23 an hour. Tips are taken home nightly, and we have an employee food discount program. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation with an interactive computer program and hands-on practice. Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate through writing and verbally with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
