About The Position

The Security Driver provides secure and timely driving services to transport orders in a safe, polite and professional manner. Maintain security of vehicle and watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns and safety. Candidate must be able to maintain security of confidential information and follow all security protocols set by state regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid CT driver's license
• Clean driving record (no accidents, suspensions, or more than one point)
• Minimal of one-year Security experience
• No Previous Criminal background
• Completion of satisfactory training and acknowledgement of Delivery Protocols
• All applicants who are offered a position will undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
• Lift 75 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant disposition and the ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact in sensitive situations
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous responsibilities in possible stressful driving situations
• Ability to complete the physical demands of the role
• Experience with technologies related to safety and security of delivery vehicles (GPS, Cellphone, OnStar)
• Demonstrates aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities
