The primary responsibility of this position is selling the Company’s products and providing a high-quality service to customers. The route salesperson will make sales by soliciting new prospects and persuading regular customers to increase purchases or buy new products. In addition to sales, the role involves delivering and installing products to customers along a designated route or within a territory. The individual will be expected to develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new customers, and be knowledgeable about the company's products. This role requires operating a company vehicle safely, complying with regulations, managing daily routes independently, and adhering to company policies and safety practices.
