About The Position

Salema Management is a well-established, local Dunkin Franchisee committed to its employees and their growth, offering many opportunities for career development. Drivers are responsible for delivering products on time in a safe manner, maintaining product integrity in transit, verifying delivery and return quantities, and cleaning trucks, racks, and baskets. Shifts are overnight, beginning at 10:00 PM and ending around 8:00 AM, depending on the route assigned. The company seeks responsible, driven, and independent individuals who can manage their responsibilities, maintain cleanliness with themselves and company property, and stay on task.

Requirements

• 1 year of driving experience
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Quality obsessed
• Must be able to attain a DOT Medical Card
• Valid Driver's License - Class D
• Must be available for Weekends and Holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including delivery truck
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Load and Unload donuts to our retail locations
