TEM Express Logistics LLC is seeking motivated and result-driven Delivery Drivers to join our team in Everett, WA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23, with opportunities for overtime. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for successfully handling and delivering packages to customers on time, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will operate company vehicles, including Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Dodge Rams, and DOT-regulated Step Vans, while adhering to local and state driving laws and road regulations. The typical work schedule consists of 8 to 10+ hours per day, with shifts running from 9:45 AM to 8:15 PM. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing drivers to work 3 or more days per week, with the potential for overtime hours. In addition to the competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid training, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions up to 4%. We also offer a college assistance program, weekly performance-based incentives, and a referral program that rewards both the driver and their referred friend with $200 each. Our work environment is physically demanding, requiring the ability to climb in and out of vehicles, walk up and down stairs, and stand for extended periods.
