Frank Beverage Group is now hiring a Delivery Driver Helper. This position supports our CDL Delivery Drivers by assisting with the physical movement and delivery of beer and/or liquor to customer accounts. Driver helpers are required to consistently handle products weighing between 30-160 lbs throughout the day, including navigating stairs, ramps, curbs, and other obstacles. Additionally, this position includes merchandising all beer and liquor products at customer locations.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, friendly, and easy to interact with.
Highly self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
Capable of collaborating effectively with others and communicating across all levels of the organization, including with merchandisers and the sales team.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work in cooler environments for extended periods.
Ability to maintain punctuality and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
High School Diploma or GED required.
May be required to have a valid drivers license.
Must have a safe driving record that meets the requirements of the FBG Safety Team.
Ability to regularly lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, including up and down stairs, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.
Capable of sitting for extended periods while driving.
Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive full-size cargo vans and various-sized SUV’s is beneficial.
Ability to operate various pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

Support delivery drivers in transporting and delivering pre-ordered products to various customer locations across 17 counties in Wisconsin.
Unload and transport an average of 800 cases of products daily, with some items weighing up to 160 lbs., at customer sites.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products, as well as create displays at customer locations.
Foster positive relationships with both customers and team members.
Additional duties as assigned.
