About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Delivery Driver Helper to join our high-performing Shipping Department. You’ll assist with loading, transporting, and unloading high-end cabinetry and parts, ensuring every order reaches customers safely and in excellent condition. What You’ll Do Assist the Delivery Driver in transporting cabinets and parts to customers throughout Western Washington, with occasional overnight trips. Help safely load and unload cabinets and parts, maneuvering bulky items into tight spaces as needed. Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. Works as part of a two-person team, ensuring you are never alone on the job. You will be partnered with a Delivery Driver who will assist with daily tasks, including moving cabinetry and driving. Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. The workday starts at 5:00 AM, with end times varying depending on the delivery schedule. Requirements

  • Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours.
  • Ability to consistently lift 65-75 lbs and occasionally lift 100-125 lbs with the assistance of your Driver.
  • Self-motivated – Sees what needs to be done and does it.
  • Basic navigation skills and ability to follow delivery routes efficiently.
  • A strong focus on safety, reliability, excellent customer service, and a team-first attitude.
  • Comfortable working closely with a Delivery Driver to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of large item delivery experience highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
