As a Delivery Driver at AutoZone, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering parts to our commercial customers, ensuring that each delivery is executed with precision and care. The role does not require you to use your own vehicle, and no Commercial Driver's License is necessary, making it accessible for a wide range of applicants. In this position, you will drive a delivery vehicle to transport parts, which includes loading and unloading items efficiently. You will also be tasked with picking up returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors, ensuring that our inventory remains well-stocked and organized. Safety is paramount; therefore, you will maintain a safe driving and working environment, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Additionally, you will assist customers in-store between deliveries, providing them with the same level of service that we pride ourselves on. You will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to fleet and safety. Handling cash and charge transactions will also be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on current promotions through AutoZone's systems.
