About The Position

Basalite Building Products, LLC is one of the largest manufacturers of concrete masonry products in the Western United States. Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to fill out log books and reports accurately.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills out log books, work sheets and reports and has knowledge of Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• Secures loads with ropes, straps, chains and binders, brick boards and tarps.
• Determines types of equipment to be used for jobs.
• Transports products throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada to customers, stores, yards and jobsites.
• Loads and unloads trucks as needed.
• Maintains and fuels trucks and performs inspections on equipment.
• Performs and documents daily preoperational inspections on equipment and work areas.
• Forklift operation is required.
• Regularly meets with supervisor.
• Maintains work area clean and clutter free per company standards.
• All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives.
• Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.
