About The Position

CDL Delivery Drivers play a critical role in the day-to-day operations, interacting with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers daily to meet business expectations. They are responsible for delivering, unloading, and checking in products to customers each day. Drivers are considered the face of the Company and are expected to provide top-notch customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of 21 years of age
Active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current certifications

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Six (6) months previous CDL driving experience
Previous grocery or retail experience
Class A (Manual) CDL

Responsibilities

Unloading, loading, and checking-in products at customer accounts
Balancing invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring applicable paperwork is received
Work or rotate delivered product when necessary
Uphold sustainable relationships with customer accounts by providing outstanding consistent customer service
Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and government regulations including all DOT & state liquor laws and regulations
Complete Driver assigned duties delivering Company's products in a safe, timely and professional manner
Inspects the vehicle pre- and post-trip to monitor the maintenance and safety of the vehicle
Work with all team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate company initiatives
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned
