About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-B Drivers to join our South Florida team. This role is ideal for reliable and hardworking professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service to customers. What You Can Expect: 🚚 Local Deliveries & Weekly Long-Haul Runs – 15-20 deliveries per day to retail businesses on local routes and one weekly long-haul route to Savannah, Tampa, or Sarasota. 📆 Guaranteed Four-Day Workweek (Tuesday – Friday). 💪 Driver Touches All Freight – Responsible for unloading, checking orders, and completing inside deliveries.

Requirements

CDL-B License with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Clean MVR and background check.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and climb in and out of the truck multiple times per day.
Experience with multi-stop deliveries and ability to work efficiently.
Flexibility with scheduling, including weekly long-haul routes.
Ability to handle inside delivery to customer stores and follow proper documentation procedures.
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Minimum three years delivery experience to retailers and food service a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL-B commercial vehicle to deliver products to retail businesses.
Unload and verify orders, transporting them into businesses via hand truck or pallet jack.
Collect payments, obtain signatures, and complete all required delivery paperwork (Proof of Delivery (POD), Bill of Lading (BOL), Run Sheets, Truck Inspections).
Offload 1 to 30+ boxes per stop, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Perform one weekly overnight long-haul route (Savannah, Tampa, or Sarasota).
