About The Position

H6 Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking dedicated delivery drivers to assist in delivering packages to customers. As a DSP, we are an independent business that partners with Amazon to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages weighing up to 300 pounds. This role does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), making it accessible for a wider range of applicants. The position is based in Orlando, FL, and involves driving a box truck while adhering to DOT regulations. You will be responsible for delivering packages and making pickups within your community, supported by a ride-along helper to assist with heavier items. The work schedule is flexible, with full-time positions requiring 4-5 days of work per week, while part-time shifts are also available for those looking to work 2-4 days a week. As a delivery driver, you will interact with Amazon customers and the public, providing a deluxe delivery service for various large products, including home furnishings and outdoor grills. This role emphasizes professionalism and a positive attitude while representing H6 Logistics in the community. To succeed in this position, you must have prior box truck driving experience and be at least 21 years old. A valid Florida driver's license is required, along with residency in Florida. Candidates must complete a pre-employment screening, including a motor vehicle records check and references. Additionally, successful completion of a DOT physical is necessary for DOT drivers. You will need to follow a mapped delivery route, track and report your working hours and breaks, and adhere to all safety policies and traffic laws. Open availability is crucial, as you may be required to work any schedule, including weekends.
