CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (CAR) Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE will: Deliveries & Returns: Proper moving and handling to load/unload truck, or other vehicle, per policy to safely protect coworker and merchandise. Safe transportation and delivery of merchandise to customer homes in Company provided vehicle as assigned, Install and set up merchandise, and instruct customers on proper use of merchandise, Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned. Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained as assigned. Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current and past due accounts. Review past due accounts and communicate in-person and via phone/text/email with the customers to promote timely payments. Understand and execute 6 Step Process with all customer payments while in store or over the phone. Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards. Complete daily field visits to assure daily/weekly collection standards. Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned. Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards. Sales: Greet and assist customers on the sales floor. Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone. Complete rental agreements as required. Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials. Showroom/Backroom areas: Refurbish merchandise to like new condition. Keep showroom, backroom, and all store areas neat, clean and organized, including vacuuming, dusting, and handling household cleaning materials. Expected Hours of Work & Work Location: Both full-time (40 hours) and part-time positions (<30 hours) are available with days and hours of work Monday through Saturday ranging from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Schedules and hours per week/overtime work may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 23 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record

Responsibilities
