About The Position
Join The Common Market as a Delivery Driver operating a 26' box truck! This position is essential in maintaining our strong network that supports local agriculture while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and delivering goods to our clients with professionalism and care. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience driving a box truck (26' or larger).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities related to loading and unloading.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility in handling changing routes and delivery schedules.

- Experience with food safety protocols is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 26' box truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain route schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inspect the vehicle for safety compliance and report any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Benefits
- $22.50/hour, with up to $4k per year bonus for safe driving.
- Hourly rate of $22.50/hour, with 35-45 hours of work each week
- Safety Bonus of $4k annual ($1k per quarter)
