About The Position

The position involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, and completing paperwork. Cleaning equipment and the facility is also part of the job. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills are essential, requiring the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Pizza delivery skills involve safely driving one's own vehicle, navigating roads/maps, and dealing with adverse terrain/stairs of delivery sites while carrying products.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately for monetary transactions.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

  • Experience in customer service or food service industry.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
