The position involves the operation of all equipment, stock and rotation of ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparation of products, and receiving and processing telephone and internet orders. The role also includes counting inventory and completing paperwork, as well as cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
