Customer service skills are essential, as the role requires effective verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. A company car is provided for delivery purposes only. Additionally, pizza delivery skills are necessary, including the ability to safely drive a personal vehicle and navigate various terrains while carrying products. Essential skills also include basic math abilities for making correct monetary change, with the option to use a calculator.
