The position involves the operation of all equipment necessary for the job, including the stocking and rotation of ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Responsibilities also include preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, and completing paperwork. The role requires cleaning equipment and the facility as part of the daily duties. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills are essential, including the ability to safely drive one's own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and manage adverse terrain and stairs at delivery sites while carrying products. Essential skills also include basic arithmetic to make monetary change, with the option to use a calculator.
