About The Position

The Delivery Expert is responsible for safely delivering orders to customers within designated areas while adhering to traffic laws and company standards. This role requires providing excellent customer service, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining professional interactions. In addition to delivery duties, the Delivery Expert will assist with in-store responsibilities during non-delivery times, which include answering phones, taking orders, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies. The position also involves processing customer payments, maintaining a clean delivery vehicle, and adhering to food safety and quality control standards. The Delivery Expert must collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and complete required paperwork accurately and timely. Adaptability to varying work conditions, including temperature changes and adverse weather, is essential.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Have a minimum of the last 2 years licensed driving history in the United States.
  • Must provide documentation of at least 2 years of licensed driving history in the U.S.
  • Must have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history of at least 1.5 years during the last 2 years.
  • No more than 1 violation and 1 at-fault accident associated within the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 violations and 1 at-fault accident associated within the last 3 years.
  • No more than 3 violations in the last 3 years.
  • No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years.
  • No distracted driving/inattentive driving violations within the last 3 years.
  • No serious violations allowed in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver orders to customers within designated areas, adhering to traffic laws and company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including order accuracy and professional interaction.
  • Process customer payments and handle cash responsibly.
  • Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, including answering phones and taking orders.
  • Prepare food items and maintain cleanliness of the store and equipment.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients.
  • Perform basic math calculations and use a computer or touch screen to process orders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe delivery vehicle.
  • Adhere to food safety and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adapt to varying work conditions, including temperature changes and adverse weather.
