About The Position

The position involves delivering pizza products and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Delivery Experts (Drivers) are responsible for collecting cash and credit card payments, checking product accuracy, and promoting pizza specials. The role requires navigating efficiently to delivery locations and maintaining vehicle standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards
• Proof of liability insurance for yourself and vehicle
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses for delivery

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
• Read maps and determine directions quickly
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
• Carry out deliveries in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure the delivery vehicle passes inspection, both mechanically and visually
• Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, and operating the pizza oven
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Speak and write clearly and comprehend using a computer-based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
